■特制的隔热模块化预热系统

特制的隔热上盖，强制保温效果，适合大吸热量产品；

模块式加热器设计，全长1.85m，保证助焊剂活化温度及时间达到最佳效果。

■不变形传输系统

链条式入板装置；

加强型钛爪链条，弹性高，不易变形、安全平稳传输系统，电子变频调速V=100-2000mm/min；

自动循环洗爪功能。

■助焊剂喷雾系统

助焊剂涂覆采用德国HOERBIGER（贺尔碧格）无杆缸及日本Meiji喷嘴；

全自动检测PCB的宽度和长度；

往复式抵押喷雾系统，喷涂助焊剂均匀、省料。可调节4个参数：喷嘴移动速度、喷嘴喷雾角度、助焊剂喷雾量、助焊剂与空气混合比；

喷嘴清洗：用已配置的清洗液储存桶内的清洗液通过转换阀，可随时或定期对喷嘴清洗，从而减少清洗的工作量，同时延长了喷嘴的使用寿命。

Special heat reflecting covers over the preheating zones are suitable for PCBAs which adsorb large amount of heat.

Modularized preheaters(1.85m in overall length)are designed to ensure the best flux activation time and activation temperature.

■Distortion-free Conveyor System

Chain type entrance guides.

Enhanced titanium finger conveyor is of high elasticity and is distortion-free. The conveyor system is steady and safe with adjustable speed(100-2000mm/min).

Automated finger cleaner ensures long finger life.

■Spray Fluxer

The flux coating employs Germany Rodless cylinder and imported Meiji nozzle from Japan: automatically check width and length of PCB; reciprocating low-voltage spraying system and the flux coating is even and material saving. Nozzle cleaning: the prepared cleaning liquid in the storage bucket can be used to clean the nozzle regularly or irregularly through the conversion valve to reduce the working quantity of disassembling and cleaning and extends service life of the nozzle.
